Todd Wenner
President & CEO
Todd A. Wenner has been a member of the MLMC board since 2015 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company July 2017. Todd has over 30 years of business experience in real estate and private equity investments.
Prior to joining MLMC, Todd was Chief Executive Officer of a multi-faceted healthcare company. Earlier in his career Todd has held various positions with; Sterling Equities, Fortis and Julien J. Studley. Todd received his Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Miami and his Master of Business Administration from Columbia University Business School.

Jim LaDue
Chief Operating Officer
Jim joined MLMC in 2004 as Vice President of Materials Acquisition. In 2010, he assumed the role of Director of Business Development. Jim has over thirty years of experience in the solid waste and recycling industry.
In 1985, Mr. LaDue began his career with a very large privately owned waste service and recycling company where for nine years he held a variety of positions including Dispatch, Operations and Sales Manager roles. From there, Jim started his own waste and recycling service business which he eventually sold to Waste Management Inc. (WMI) in 1999. From 1999 to 2004, he worked with WMI holding positions as General Sales Manager and Major Account Business Development Executive.

Zach Schonberger
Chief Financial Officer
Zach joined MLMC in late 2015 and has been working diligently to source capital, streamline operations and generally help position the company for rapid expansion.
From 2009-2013, Zach held numerous positions at Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. (NASDAQ:ROIC), a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Most recently, he served as Vice-President, Finance, and was responsible for many of the Company’s capital markets initiatives, acquisitions activity and investor relations, among other duties. Prior to joining ROIC, Zach founded a non-profit, Chess 4 Hope, based in Cape Town, South Africa that sought to introduce chess to select township schools. Zach holds a B.A. from Amherst College and a M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Jack Murphy
Director of Materials Acquisition
Jack joined MLMC in 2007 as the Materials Acquisition Manager tasked with the strategic development of the Materials Acquisition Model. In 2010, Jack assumed his present role and responsibilities with the company.
Jack spent the first twenty years of his business career as Buyer and Merchandise Manager within the high-end retail industry working for one of the country’s premiere private men’s clothiers. Beginning in 1994, he changed careers and worked with BFI/Allied Waste Inc., holding positions as Major Account Executive – Manufacturing Segment and Area Sales Manager overseeing two Divisions.

Eric Schneider
EVP Engineering & Technology
Eric joined MLMC in 2015 and recently assumed the role of EVP Engineering & Technology. Eric has over 30 years of experience working in managerial roles in engineering and manufacturing at several Fortune 100 companies.
Eric began his career in 1982, advancing through diverse positions at Fortune 100 companies including IBM, Compaq, and Hewlett Packard. Over 31 years, he led teams as small as 8 and as large as over 3,000, both domestically and internationally, while in various managerial and corporate executive positions. His responsibilities included industrial engineering, equipment engineering, process engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing operations, procurement and sourcing, real estate operations and construction, contract negotiation, out-sourcing, asset divestiture, technology and product development, and supply chain strategy and operations. These organizations were located throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia, with company-owned, alliance partner, and out-sourcing provider organization designs. In 2009, Eric became involved in private equity investing, with that interest and success culminating into full-time activity in 2013. His “angel” and venture capital investing projects have included real estate development, oil & gas production and services, commercial fluids processing, alternative energy, commercial construction, and industrial power generation and materials processing plants maintenance and expansion. His involvement has ranged from passive investing, to active company management and board positions, to forming and leading growth entities. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) from Columbia University.
